At Gold Seal, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive the wrong item or wish to return a product, we offer a 7-day return policy, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1. Wrong Item Received – If you receive an incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and seals must be intact.

The item must be in resalable condition.

 

2. Change of Mind Returns – If you no longer want the item, you may return it within 7 days, provided:

It remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

It is in perfect, resalable condition.

 


Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Service at info@goldsealshilajit.com within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number.

A brief reason for return.

Photos of the item (if required).

 

2. Return Approval & Shipping:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

 

3. Inspection & Refund/Exchange:

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process an exchange or refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

 


Important Notes

Shipping Costs:

If we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If returning due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, and opened supplements, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns Not Meeting Criteria: If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.
