Directions Of Use
Dosage depends on the individual. Recommended: Push out a small amount of paste (between 1-3 grains of rice in size) and place under the tongue. Hold for a minute before swallowing. This can be repeated from 1 to 3 times a day. Do not exceed 1g per day.
